  Today's W.T when it mentioned Depression and Anxiety

  our co-ordinator put his hand up and commented saying that people who go on about how depressed or anxious they are just need to stop giving in to impulses and show more self control without letting their emotions rule their lives.. if anyone from the media, a government agency or some other public body heard a comment like that, they'd have a hard time exercising self control over the rubbish this elder spouted, which my friends and family with genuine depression found insulting..

  Thank you for your post Steve2, went through same here. Now we can laugh about it, but it certainly was serious business back then. Anyone that is the least bit honest, conscientious, perfectionist, neurotic and kind hearted will get raped alive around these selfish people. They'll use and abuse you till you're only a shell of your former self in the name of putting on the 'new personality' and this without any qualms nor care. All for the cult as you as a person are so not important.

  Thing is in Québec there is lots of backlash against the catholic church, kept the people in ignorance fear and guilt for ages pretty much the same way JW operates today. It's understandable that the population here have a hatred towards religion. Unfourtunately this has resulted in turning many people away from God.

  I for one am glad thethe WTBTS / JW.borg are by being exposed for what they truly are. Revenge is sweet in this case.

  it is the continuation of last year's report.

  probably an english version will come out later.

  Watched it last night, waiting for some tid-bits from a friend that grew up in that hall. As for myself I almost dated an elder's daughter from same hall. Super nice girl, though a little too 'plump' to put it mildly when I got a good look at her in a swimsuit ! Cute face though, divorced with teenage daughter her former JW husband went gay.. Also went snowmobiling with some JW's from that area, great network of trails up there for those interested. Rentals ! haha !!!

  The documentary was shocking but not in the least bit surprising given the hypocritical JW mindset.

  Good stuff Keith thanks and Yes LongHairGal, Keith's 'new boy' series finally woke me up and snapped me out of the mind control when he first posted them years ago. It was shocking at first now I find it comical but can't help to fantasise revenge or sabotage in some way. Keith do you have any sabotage or revenge stories to tell that went on over there ?

  Good stuff, I've grown to hate and loath Rutherford and Knorr. Rutherfords' big mouth is what tipped me off to their ass hole ways. I'm a convert and even when I first came in I found that the GB or WT direction had some issues. I decided to look the other way back then as I thought I was doing all these works for God and Christ. No so. Thanks Keith you the man.

  not a very good idea to say the least.

  when i read paul's words the more i see how delusional the guy was.

  he was a genuine religious fanatic who contradicts jesus words on the sermon on the mount.. 2 corinthians 10:5 5we demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of god, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to christ.. delusional and in need of some serious psychological help.

  Known as anti-missionaries. It's quite alright I have no problem with any of it whatsoever. I even have a friend from my old congo. that became one, so nothing new here I've heard and read some anti Paul material to each his own. Once he found out that he could argue till he's blue and not get anywhere with me mutual respect came back. Very well read, intelligent articulate guy too. What he or others chose to believe is fine by me so long as boundaries are maintained. We are still FB friends and he was instrumental in helping me out of the cult, I owe him. Best wishes to all no matter what your beliefs. Live and let live.
